In asking the question, we don't intend to be nosey. And we're not asking you to tell us all your plans and goals - even though many of you may hear it that way.

We're also not asking you to reconsider any plans and goals that you have for your relationships and families.

And we're certainly not implying that, if you haven't already done so, you should create some intentions - especially if you hear the word create as something to do.

Strangely perhaps, the etymology (origin) of the word 'intend' is
"in, at + to stretch". Similarly, the word 'reach' is rooted in "to stretch".

So we're inviting you to stretch, to reach into yourselves, into your hearts, and allow yourselves to see, to become aware of, what are you up to in your relationships and families. What is your vision? Please share what you see with each other.

Then, without working 'hard', allow yourselves to embark on the fulfillment of your intentions, and enjoy the adventure.

Teleconversations

Phone We received a note from Carol and Jeff England during our last series of teleconversations:

"Something shifted in the conversation. Jeff says that we shifted from 'I' to 'WE'. Maybe so. There was definitely a moment that I saw that it was important to him to go to the Dominican Republic. My concerns about money and time no longer seemed important. I knew we would survive. We always have before. So my survival was no longer threatened. In fact I did not want to stand in his way. That would not have worked, for sure. When he said that he would give up Alaska, I could see that that would not work either. It seems that 'WE' called for both trips to happen!
The fears disappeared. Something else arose, like a possibility for something unexplored. We're amazed and, of course, thrilled."

Our second set of teleconversations for 2011 will be on Thursdays, March 31, April 14 and April 28. Put those dates in your calendars, and join us in exploring dreams, fantasies and possibilities in relationships and families.
