What We Do
For two days, we engage groups of families in introspective conversations, exercises and games designed to identify the source of family upsets, frustrations and disappointments and to create pathways to peace, understanding and appreciation.
- We provide you with an understanding of why family issues are such BIG issues and why typical solutions don’t work.
- We show how decisions get made automatically in your family, and we lead you to more thoughtful decision making.
- We help you see and dispel the fantasies that families are mired in, and we bring you face to face with the reality of family.
- We use techniques that reveal to you the roles in which you and your family members have been stuck and which define and limit each of you.
- We unveil the fears that exist in your family, the impact of those fears and a path to dissolving them.
- We offer you avenues for reinventing your family through vision, values and principles.
