This work gives people the chance to be responsible for the current context in which they live together, and to develop a new understanding within their relationships and families, which allows many of their concerns, disagreements and upsets to literally dissolve.
FamiliesByDesign was established as an LLC in California in November 2002, and is headquartered in Carlsbad, CA. RelationshipByDesign came into existence a short time later at the urging of many of the company's program participants. Both branches of the company apply the same principles to identify the real source of disappointments, frustrations and upsets, and to provide pathways to understanding, appreciation and peace of mind within families and relationships of all kinds. Sandy and Lon Golnick, co-founders of Relationship & Families ByDesign, are accomplished leaders and coaches in the field of family and relationships. They have mastered the ability to listen intently and compassionately and to have people experience being full partners in creating and fulfilling new opportunities in their relationships.
Sandy and Lon offer a new paradigm for families and relationships that is built on the design of games rather than being rooted in a structure of survival. In this model, people experience being naturally related, naturally growing, and naturally joyful.
